Seattle Captains Concept Uniforms + Team Background

Next, the Seattle Captains with a white vest home set, grey vest away set, and a blue away alternate set which I assume is similar to the unpopular 1999 jersey mentioned in the post.
Had to make the 4 stripes for the undershirt myself and love how they turned out, but I have absolutely no idea what is above them on the concept art so I just didn't add one.
