It still baffles me that no one seemed to really make a push for Carlos when Ferrari dropped him. Every single team he's driven for has gotten better when he joined and worse when he left. I don't think he's on the same level as Max or Lewis or Charles or whoever on pure pace but he might be on Max's level when it comes to developing and setting up a car I was never a big Williams fan when they were dominating, but I'd love to see them come in next year with the best package for the new formula.
