How about just simply having a game that is ready to go in the ramp up to the NHL season?
Year in and year out they couldn't possibly do a worse job of presenting the game in a way that would maximize sales. I stopped buying it 2 years ago and this will be my third. It was fun up through FHM 8, but the game is never out when the season starts and by the time they get around to it, I've moved on to other options.
Before the "then why are you here" questions... I am on here literally to see if the game is out, even as a presale, to purchase it. But, unsurprisingly, it isn't.
