I am not using custom data paths. I never do that. I'll try force game installation.

Nope. Doesn't have it. Skin folder still has only 3 skins in it. This is a clean install too. None of my stuff has been added. No ballparks, jerseys, logos, socks, etc.
I have an AMD RX 6700 graphics card.
