San Francisco Top 20 Prospects
The Giants only have one top 50, and four Top 100 prospects at the start of the 2056 season, but they do have twelve in the top 200 so the depth is there. Four of the top ten are opening the season in Sacramento, three pitchers who will expect to make their debuts this season plus Beau Wartel who is maybe a little further behind.
MLB Top 20 Prospects
With only one prospect above A+, the White Sox LHP Stephon Gattison who will open the season in the big leagues, it is a very young top 20 prospects in 2056.
MLB Farm Systems
The Giants move up to 21st in the rankings but are still lighter on quality prospects than in recent years and they will hope that this summer’s draft brings in some quality young players to bolster the top end of the farm. They are in a stronger position than Stewart’s former team as the Royals are down in 28th with only one Top 100 prospect in their system.
