I have league evolution turned off, but I have inflation enabled. It seems most items such as player salaries are increasing over time. However the draft, development, IFA, and scouting budgets are not evolving over time.
This is 20+ years into the future and the baselines are all the same. I would assume these would steadily grow over the years?
Am I understanding this correctly?
