In my save the year is 2032. I view all teams and their players before playing them the first series each season. When doing so I started to get a feeling there were too many internationally born players (?).
Went through all teams 26 man rosters (not the 40-man, nor the injured list).
Out of 780 players in total 326 were born somewhere else than in the U.S or Canada.
It is higher than IRL.
Who am I to say it is something wrong here but just an observation.
Baseball is getting more and more international so maybe this is the correct pattern when entering the future.
One could ask the question if I'm allowed to play this game as an international born player if I question this possible future haha.

Just checked the secondary roster for the entire league. Out of 1142 players, 489 are international players.
So for the active roster 41.7 percent and for the secondary roster 42.8 percent are international players.
And Canadian players are baked in to the U.S born players should be said.

I do not know what 2032 will look like IRL. Have not simmed in to the future if this numbers keeps growing or stays the same or even gets lower.
Have not done anything more than small changes in settings, nothing that influences where players come from.
