On Monday, July 14, Launch Deck cards (those that were available immediately at the game’s release) will no longer generate as Variant in packs. This is something we discussed at launch, and the time has come to turn them off.

Variants of Launch Deck cards will still be active if you own them, and you can still buy and sell them in the Variant Marketplace. The only change will be that a Variant of a Launch Deck card (e.g. Hardware Heroes, SS George Davis, NY1, 1897) will not be available out of a pack.

We’re also increasing the rates that Variants are pulled:
• Iron/Bronze: from 1/200 to 1/160
• Silver: from 1/100 to 1/80
• Gold, Diamond, Perfect: from 1/50 to 1/40

Changes goes into effect on Monday, July 14, 2025.
