This is something new in PT26, and I pointed it out earlier this year. It seems the card shop server is lagging on its price and availability updates. It also lags on mission status in the mission filter box. If you have, say, ten mission cards and then buy another one, it will still display ten instead of eleven. Buy yet another and it updates to eleven instead of twelve, constantly staying one card behind the actual number owned.
Yes, you can hit refresh, but sometimes it ignores the click and does nothing. To my view, the server used to auto-update with each quick-buy but now operates more like the tournament screens, only updating every thirty to sixty seconds...
and that's very annoying. I have bought extra, unneeded cards several times because the screen is behind on mission completion numbers, and I often can't get through buying more than a couple of cards without having the "card not available" box pop up. I sometimes get this on the very first purchase, right after opening the Card Shop screen! To make things even worse, it sometimes submits a buy order for the card, which requires a detour to Your Card Orders to verify.
