Anyone kinda wish you could "apply for gm/mgr" but not knowing if you'd get the job? It's just unrealistic that any team that offers you a job, you apply and automatically get. It would be fun to have to go through an interview process and hear a few days later, rather than knowing any team that offers will automatically hire you
