In my online league, my Catchers do not reach their potential fielding rating. I understand how Ratings work - this isn't about a player's Position rating increasing due to poor underlying ratings. Rather, they don't even reach the potential they're supposed to achieve, despite thousands of innings played..
I've brought this up on a Discord server I'm a part of, and they've reported similarly seeing a Catcher with 7,500 innings not reach potential. Other positions appear to reach Potential as expected.
