It's a Perfect card that goes a long way toward completing Negro League 1 Diamond-plus. 40K is not an unreasonable price. 50K is too high.
I have him starting in High Gold, where he's been adequate (19-18, 4.74 in two seasons). Overall, the card is better suited to bullpen work, especially with that low Stamina rating (he's averaging under 6 IP per start).
