Try adding camera angles in each stadium by copying the cameras from a different stadium (I typically use the default minor league stadium) in the park settings below where you set the grid and fence positions and height. Alternately you can save the camera angles yourself, though it'd be a lot more work. As long as you have one camera angle defined, I think this error should go away and you should be able to watch the games.
