I'm really enjoying playing random debut with the game progressing on a yearly basis according to history. It's a nice alternative to using the same year for the entire history of the league. Kind of neat to see guys like Mariano Rivera and Bruce Sutter find their roles in the late 40's, early 50's. It will also be fun seeing the strikeout pitcher evolve over time as strikeouts become a bigger part of the game. Stolen bases will another stat that it wil be fun to watch become a bigger part of the game.
