Thanks for replying. Yes, I did realize you made the chart several years ago, but I find it still very accurate. I recently created a new game and, for simplicity, chose the 1-100 scale to use. Using your chart, I have been able to more accurately reflect a player's skills and ratings.

The problem I've had in the past is that I've treated the game ratings as an evenly distributed scale. I wound up creating a whole team of 5 star players, which is good for winning, but not very challenging to manage. Your scale is helping me with that a lot, keeping me focused on the ratings and not just the numbers that create the ratings. So thanks again.
