I'm splitting Version 3 into two parts. Part 1 covers some defunct minor league teams and some of my favorite collegiate summer league teams that aren't part of the games' licensed leagues.*There are 34 new teams to build up the minors when MLB expands. I also made sure that all 50 states are now represented with a team.
