Here is the end result, I believe the offers are either broken, or we have a display issue or both.

The Offer history for the broken players are not in order. I believe the latest date reflects the current status. However, the display always shows the bottom entry, which is wrong.

This seems to happen on players who have Want more $ as the UI status display vs Favors Offer which is the real current state. There are examples of this is the save that we uploaded earlier.
