I don't remember it
Not working in the 19th version of the game the last time I ran a career game. Have played various versions going all the way back to OOTP 4, and am fuzzy on remember it being an issue in those. But it has been several years, I'm getting to be an old fart now, so maybe the memory if fading on games I've loved over the year. :-)
