Years of experience bug
When I turn a retired player into a coach their years of experience changes to hundreds of years. For example, in this historical save it's the year 1970 and I see that 2 players I turned into coaches last year now show the following:
Andres Aguilera: EXP 248 years
Terry Barber: EXP 251 years
