Hmm. The fact you can get them into the game and set the grid but can't play a game is odd, and I can't say that I've run into that error (though I'm on a Mac, and I suspect most folks aren't). Why don't you send your park to me (or put it somewhere and point me to it) and I'll see what happens if I try using it.
