I purchased OOTP 19 several years ago. Since then I have gotten a new computer and transferred the license successfully to the new laptop (that was in 2021/2022), but had issues with my laptop and had the motherboard replaced.
I'm trying to reactivate my license key (which I have) on the laptop again but I can't get it to work. I'm receiving an error that the eSellerate software could not connect to the network, and the eSellerate link that popped up to activate online does not work. I was not given another option to validate my license.
I tried submitting a ticket through
https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/portal/en/home, but was only given the option to sign-in, not register, and the login for this site did not work there.
