We have a new card sub-type that we’re happy to release today; Variant Booster! You can now feed your Variant with a card that’s instantly valued at 1,000 points. Our first Variant Booster is Rich Hill, who signed a minor-league deal with Kansas City earlier this week.

We will be releasing Variant Boosters at various points during the cycle, so be on the lookout for cards that can give your Variants the jolt they need to go up a level. You will be able to identify Variant Boosters by the charging battery badge on the card.
