RP Declan Cronin optioned to AAA Indianapolis.
SP Jared Jones has been activated from the IL. The Pirates brass haven’t been pleased with Jones body of work and have decided to use him out of the bullpen.

RP Richard Lovelady placed on the 60 day IL with shoulder inflammation. He’s expected to miss 3 months but his season is virtually over.

CL Ryan Helsley makes 3rd straight All-Star games and 4th overall.

RP Luke Jackson waived and DFA.
C Endy Rodriguez placed on the 10 day IL with a calf strain. He’s expected to miss 3 weeks.
