Thank you. I'm trying to prevent the AI from "giving up" on and waiving (or releasing) minor leaguers who still have not exhausted their minor league service time yet, and who still have the potential to at the very least make it to MLB as a secondary piece.

1) How does 30-30-25-15 work for the minor leagues and players who may only have one or two years of professional service?

2) Once the offseason starts, do you re-allocate the 30% from "current year" elsewhere since those stats would no longer then be counted as current year stats?
