The Minor League System Report is not displaying proper speed and defense, at least for me. I've seen it in 2 of my games, both of which were imported from 25 (at least, maybe 23 or 24).

I use scouting, set to "normal".

Edit to add: All have a normal mix of speeds and defense, but report only displays "1"s or a "2".
