Is it possible to add a city or town to the list of hometowns of players?

Here's why I ask: My father, his parents, grandparents, and siblings were all from Harvel, Illinois, a town of 300 people. As you enter Harvel on state highway 48, a sign says "Home of Ray Schalk, Baseball Hall of Fame" (or something like that). I looked him up in the Hall of Fame online and discovered the HOF listed his hometown as Harvey, IL. I wrote to the HOF and informed them of the error, and they changed it to Harvel.

My dad and his 3 brothers all played semi-pro baseball in their teens and twenties, and they probably saw Schalk play early in his career. I think the birthplace is important information to have about a player, but when I enter Harvel into OOTP, it can't find Harvel and deletes my entry. I want to be able to have my entry of Harvel saved or add it to the list of cities. For me, it's a personal connection.

I found this image on the web. It's a Harvel police patch commemorating Ray Schalk. I found this amusing because I think Harvel only has one police officer who mainly writes tickets for speeding on Highway 48. (Obviously the image didn't come through.) Is there a YouTube video on how to attach pictures to a comment?
