Well this is also true. He is correct, and there is a double standard. But this is something you address in house.

But I can understand his and other players frustration with this issue and wanting to point it out publicly.
But as the best player on your team, you cant do that in public.

I disagree you keep it "in house". Did Snitcker keep it "in house" when he sat Acuna?
