I would like the devs to still take a look at why there are so many star players as free agents in the middle of the season and still demand high salary. That would fix my biggest complaint about the game.
Other than that, improve 2D. I agree with Savoie that the speed of the games needs to be better. Normal is too slow, fast is too fast. Maybe a slider would be better? The draft experience and trade deadline have to be more fun. The AI should be able to make trades during the draft. Make the trade deadline day more active.
Better and more detailed scouting reports. Better training. Visuals for edit lines screen for PP and PK.
