Starting Pitcher of the Month: Sonny Grey -- The 35-year-old right-hander didn't post a decision in his five starts but still had a 2.89 ERA. In 28.8 innings, he struck out 32 and posted a 0.91 WHIP.
Relief Pitcher of the Month: J.J. Romero -- The 28-year-old left-hander got into nine games going 1-0 with two saves and a 0.00 ERA. He worked 8.2 innings, during which he struck out 10 and had a 0.33 WHIP.
