You will need to download the zip file and unzip it. The contents are an "lsdl" file. You can open it will some sort of text editor if you wanted just to look at it.
To use it in the game you can load it by from your league going under League Settings > Functions > Editors > Edit League Schedule > Actions... > Import from File. You can choose the location from wherever you saved the unzipped lsdl file.
The game-included schedules are in the program folder like (if on Windows)...
...Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball ##\schedules
But files do not have to be there as you can load from anywhere.
