As for instructions on how to add photos, those instructions were given on 3/26/2024 on the following webpage:

As to how to find photos, one way is to use Google and click on images. Beyond that, some of us subscribe to old newspaper archive services like newspapers.com. Depending upon how much exposure a player had to photographers, the approach and challenge of the search can vary greatly.
