Left handed pitcher Milstead's Major League career consisted of 3 successive seasons with the Cubs. Very symmetrically he won 1 game in each season. He pitched 29 innings over 13 games in 1924. Had an ERA of exactly 3.00 in 5 appearances in 1925. In 1926 he made most appearances, pitched most innings and broke a 2 year sequence of 1-1 win- loss records with a record of 1-5 in his final season.
