[Patsy Tebeau]

He appeared in the episode called "The Dignity of Teeth" and according to Cyborg was one of the greatest pitchers ever. He is very clearly based off of Orel Hershiser, based on the fact that 1. their names are very similar 2. Cyborg said he was nicknamed "The Bullldog" which was Hershiser's nickname, and 3. every single one of the accomplishments he claimed Oral Hygiene had were the exact same ones as Hershiser, such as having pitched 59 consecutive scoreless innings.
