You can't see them because as I recall, in game does not show the .oi files when you try to select a different ballcap, jersey, log, pants ect. Why they chose to do things this way I don't know. What you have to do is convert the .oi files to .png files. There's a way to batch convert them but I don't remember the process. You use "Command Prompt".

You might be able to find in the Mods forum where someone has done the conversion and made them available for download. Also I'm fairly certain there are downloads for mods to all the uniform stuff.

If you do this, backup your original files and make a copy of all the folders you did conversions in and paste them somewhere outside the game.

Unless something changed with OOTP 26 that is most likely your problem.
