Let me say this, watch your Major League team you control closely if you release those DFA'd players. When I release them in my game it also releases players from my Major League team. A while ago I released 3 players from the DFA that the AI had placed there. When I did it also released my starting catcher, 1B, and 2B. I didn't notice it for 11 days until my sim was stopped to activate a player who was out of rehab time.
