I also have an issue with this happening when I set my infield to Double Play. After setting to DP, if I try and pick off the runner at first, my infield is no longer in DP mode and I have to reset it again before the next pitch. Anybody else?

It would be nice if after the first time the user adjusted the defense it would lock until either the user adjusted it again, or the next batter.
I don't make adjustments while using F8, as a matter of fact I rarely use that at all. I normally just read the player's tendency. I do see my settings I've made change back if I throw over too. The one that really gets me is, LHP facing LHB, runner on 1b that is a good basestealer. Throw over and when the ball comes back to the P the AI has put in a RHB PH. Pretty much anymore late in games in that type of situation means I don't throw over. Better off taking my chances with the lefty on lefty (or sometimes righty of righty). If he steals, he steals.
