This is an imported v25 league, date of import was the day before offseason started. It is currently mid-November and while looking at some of my players I noted there is a Prospect Promotion Incentive line on the player's contract screen that says if a player is eligible. I do have PPI turned on in my league options.

I have the number 2 prospect on the league top 100. He is ready skill wise to make the jump to MLB in the upcoming season. On the PPI line he is listed as "ineligible". As I look through all of my team's top prospects all are listed as "ineligible" from Rookie ball al the way to AAA. Why?

1. Is this a timing thing that hasn't triggered. IE, maybe it doesn't trigger until the preseason starts, or some other time?

2. Could it be a glitch because it's an imported league?

So I'm asking for some clarity on how the PPI works.
I'm guessing it's #1 and will correct itself at the appropriate time. But if it is a glitch I'd rather know now so I can report it in the support thread.
