Any attempt to filter players by overall rating is eliminating all results.

To recreate -- go to manage cards screen. Add filter by overall rating. Any rating chosen will return zero results.

Example -- players with overall ratings from the 90s to the 60s can be seen before adding the filter. Filter by players with overall ratings over 60. All players are eliminated. Remove filter and all players will be seen again.
