Edit: Changing the Expert setting for Use Windows DPI scaling to Always off fixed this


Cards appear too big, overlapping ratings. As mentioned by someone else earlier everything text wise is tiny on a 4k monitor. I remember this being an issue early in OOTP25 but I forgot if it was a config change or a patch that corrected it.
