mlb and milb's sites have straight-up headshots but I use Gettys when I need a good, recent photo and search by team name and a phrase like "photo day" and find the shoot when I need a photo. Then you can select "show all photos from this session" at the bottom of the screen. That's everyone the team felt deserved a 2025 photo. Granted, Gettys has the full shot, but you click it, get it big and then can crop it to the appropriate size.
