Pete Putila at the end of the *2025 season* still shows as San Francisco GM. He's the assistant in Atlanta and was fired months ago. There's probably more issues like this

Please include as much as is relevant - screenshots or exact wording of the text in question, as well as what is wrong and what it should read as. Also include the resolution, font size setting and which skin you are using.
