It was said on the stream that OOTP can handle questions, but when loyalty rewards are in question, listening becomes extinct and that user is viewed as a complainer.

One thing I consider, is where does it end?
In 2029, 2034 etc,,, PT19 can't have 5 diamond, 4 historical diamond or some other large amount of loyalty.
I imagine at some point it has to flatten/roll off distant years... eventually I could see them going current year minus 3 for loyalty to make it simple/standardized.
