I'm really not sure why they told you that, as unfortunately, this is something that we cannot do, it has to be done by Fastspring.
At least since they gave the reason for the issues though, we should be able to directly reach out to our Fastspring rep and have them fix this.
Can you let us know the email address you're trying to purchase with (you can just send a PM)? Then we'll pass that on and make sure they put you on the whitelist.
