Hello, I was very interested when John Bois used NBA 2k14 draft class system to fill all new players with absolutely terrible 0 stat guys. It’s a pretty cool experiment.

I’d like to try and do this in OOTP to see what happens to the league as teams adjust to the lack of new talent.

What is the best way (if possible) to accomplish this in OOTP? Is there an easier way then manually setting draftees to the lowest stats? Can I turn off all other possible player pipelines?
