Qualifying Offers
Hey, I was hoping someone could explain how QO work:
I have a few RFAs that I want to qualify. They're asking for ridiculous money, so I want to qualify them but not necessarily meet their asking price.
The submit offer is greyed out because I'm offering a lot less than their asking.
How do I make sure they receive qualifying offers?
