What Brad said is true. After March 14 2025, you will start down the road you are at right now. However, since 25 is still pretty new, your turnover will not be as difficult as it is now being on OOTP 20. However, if you go another 5 years on OOTP 25, you will run into the same issue again.
You should try and plan on doing upgrades at least every other year, maybe a max of 3 years, and try and plan on having everyone buy the game during the 50% off Winter Sale.
TBH I would honestly hold off, and transition over to 26 around the ASG when the game is on sale and just build off of 26 instead of trying now, when OOTP 25 is at full price... Heck even getting 26 at 10% off, on release week, is a better deal.
