I buy this game every single year, but I find the whole crapshoot around tactics along with the poor design of various screens in the game infuriating.
They just need to polish this stuff right up and get the game living up to it's full potential before building in more new features.

Tactics and scouting are two very important areas that require significant improvements in my opinion.
