They should lower the default price for a combi to a price point that will ensure liquidity while retaining a reasonable differential from the comparable regular card. I think they wildly overestimated the demand for these cards.
And there's a difference between cards at the bottom of the tier and cards at the top, since boosting a 70 isn't likely to get you as far above a base 79 as boosting that 79 card instead.
Probably the best plan is to just make the base price 2x and let the marketplace decide on a card by card basis the actual difference.
