Is it as simple as switching off continuity toggle and then modifying the minor leagues as I wish? I was thinking of just simplifying the minor league setup and just give each team it's compliment of affiliated teams, merge some of the smaller leagues, and leave the rest unaffiliated for now, but don't want to mess anything up.
