Is it possible to take current MLB (either with 1 or 2 subleagues) + add another major league (in the eastern hemisphere, for example) and have them meet in the World Series. The other league would need to be a major league, but I don't want to to function as a subleague, because I am wanting to lower the league reputation of this other major league and it have some of its own unique roster rules.

I've done this before where I have just force created a series at the end of the playoffs, but it was not ideal.
